Tawny Clement brings to you CoreFit, a low impact/high intensity body workout program. An ingenious elixir of movement elements (including exercises from ballet, modern, and Pilates) designed to gracefully incinerate calories, fortify core strength, sculpt body alignment, and awaken personal awareness. CoreFit will tone, trim, strengthen and motivate you to a beautiful awareness of body and mind.

An energizing Jazz/Hip Hop class geared toward the stay at home mom or the twenty, (thirty, forty or fifty) something wanting to stay (or Get!) in shape. Class includes core strengthening, stretching and cardio fun.
