How Can I Enroll in ClassesClick on Enrollment and choose your classes and fill out the form.
Who can enroll?
We offer dance classes for ages 3-adult and theater classes ages 5-18. All girls, boys and adults are welcome.
How do I pay my bill?
You will receive an email each month. You can pay your bill online or mail your payment to The Culture House, 14808 W 117th Street, Olathe, Kansas 66062. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Who do I talk to if I have a question about my invoice?
We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Just give us a call at 913.393.3141 and tell us you have a question regarding your bill.
What is TCH's refund policy?
No refunds will be granted after 30 days of the beginning of class. A student who withdraws from class within the first 30 days will be offered a refund of future tuition paid less a $25.00 processing fee. Registration fees are non-refundable.
What is TCH's Class Change Policy
A $25.00 change fee will be charged for all changes in class schedule. Class changes must be approved by TCH staff and are at the discretion of the instructors and subject to availability.
What if I have to miss a class?
Please notify the front desk if you will be missing classes for an extended period due to illness or vacation. Tuition refunds will not be made in the case of absences due to illness or vacation.
Does TCH offer Makeup Lessons?
There are no pro-rated fees for missed classes or holidays. There will be no refunds for classes missed due to illness or injuries. Payments may not be reduced in order to accommodate family vacations. Studio closure days due to weather or power outages are not made up. Any class cancelled due to a teacher absence will be made up at a time arranged with that teacher. Classes are nontransferable. If you are going to miss a lesson, the school coordinator should be notified.
What if I withdrawal from class
The Culture House requires written notice at least 4 weeks prior to discontinuing classes. You will be responsible for four weeks tuition from the date we receive notification. Students are responsible for letting the instructor know if they will not be returning to a class.
What is TCH's School Closing Policy School closing due to weather will be posted on our website at www.culturehouse.com. Regularly observed holidays are: Thanksgiving, Winter Break, President's Day, Spring Break, Easter Break, and Memorial Day. If your family celebrates religious holidays that are not covered above, please call the front office to arrange for an excused absence.

In general, parents are not allowed access into the classroom. Video taping or taking pictures during class is not permitted unless special arrangements have been made. If you would like to sit inside a classroom to observe, please set up a time with the Director of the School or come to our Parent Watch Weeks.
