School of Theater Performance Groups
The various performing groups at The Culture House are a perfect way to take the gifts God has given you and put them into practice. Each performer gets a chance to use the skills their developing in front of a wide variety of audiences. One of the key elements of our perspective at The Culture House is to see your artistic gifts as a service to others. Being a performance group will get each performer in front of various audiences and situations in order to share inspiration, lift someone’s spirits, and have the chance to maybe change a life forever.
Our performance groups are also a significant part of a young performer’s education and development. The Culture House Academy of the Arts is a skilled focused program, so our emphasis in the classroom is to give the students a quality education that increases their skill level and confidence. Therefore we do not take up valuable class time with preparing for multiple performance opportunities. The performance groups are then the best outlet for each student to develop that important side of their gifts and have a great time doing it.
Feel free to contact the us regarding these great opportunities and get involved today !!

A Christmas Carol; Touring Version
Cast: Scrooge, Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future ,Jacob Marley,Charles Dickens, Bob Cratchit,Bell. This version of John Jakes' nationally successful stage adaptation specifically tailors the Charles Dickens holiday classic to the needs of a group touring the show to school cafeterias, gymnasiums, auditoriums and other venues not equipped for conventional theater. The script not only tells the Dickens story faithfully but also allows young audiences to enjoy the real magic of theater-watching the actors create the scene and costume changes as the show moves along.. As in the full-length adaptation, Charles Dickens is introduced at the beginning, starts to tell the story of Scrooge's redemption, then brings it alive with the help of the others in the cast.
