PAYMENT OF FEES:
MISSED AND MAKE UP LESSONS: If you are going to miss a lesson, the individual teacher or the School of Music Director should be notified 24hrs in advance. Refunds and makeup lessons are at the discretion of each individual teacher.
CARE OF STUDENTS: The Academy is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Parents with students under the age of 5 are asked to remain in the building during classes. Students should not be left at the Academy for excessive time before or after lessons.
PARENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the responsibility of the parent or adult student to be aware of academy activities such as recitals and dates the school is open and closed. The academy will post notices on the bulletin board as well as send home notices with students. It is the parents responsibility to regularly check these boards to ensure they are informed.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Students and parents will dress and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner while at the Academy. Foul language and disrespect for other students and teachers will not be tolerated. Any student who fails to meet these standards will be removed from the Academy.
CONSENT AND RELEASE: All parents/legal guardians and adult students must read and sign a completed Academy Registration Form containing consent and relapse clauses.
